Product Designer at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from user flows to prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experiences.
• Solve complex UX challenges with user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship designs.
• Maintain scalable design systems and visual consistency.
• Create marketing assets, banners, emailers, and social creatives.
• Stay updated on design trends, competitors, and emerging tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design and problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with motion design, animation, and video editing.
• Understanding of mobile and responsive web design guidelines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
