Title: UI/UX Product Designer

Location: Chennai (Onsite) Experience: 4–6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a

Product Designer- UI /UX with a strong product ownership mindset — someone who doesn’t just design screens, but owns the product experience end-to-end. You will work at the intersection of design, product strategy, and engineering, transforming complex systems

(3D environments, simulations, data flows) into intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user experiences.) This role requires systems thinking, deep UX understanding, and the ability to influence product direction, not just execution.

Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Strategy

• Take ownership of product experience across key modules (simulation, 3D workspace, dashboards, workflows).
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define what to build and why, not just how.
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear product flows, UX strategies, and structured solutions.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Research & Problem definition

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis.
• Break down complex industrial and simulation use cases into clear user journeys and mental models.
• Identify usability gaps and define experience-level improvements.

UX Architectire & Interaction Design

• Design scalable information architecture for complex systems.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-quality prototypes.
• Simplify multi-step workflows (simulation setup, asset management, data pipelines).
• Define interaction patterns, states, and system feedback loops.

UI Design & Design systems

• Design high-fidelity, modern web interfaces.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns).
• Define visual language — typography, grids, spacing, hierarchy.
• Ensure consistency across product surfaces (dashboard, 3D canvas UI, controls, panels).

Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend teams (React ecosystem) to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.
• Deliver developer-ready designs with clear specs and interaction details.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and UX integrity.

Testing, Metrics & Iteration

• Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions.
• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to iterate continuously.
• Improve product experience with focus on performance, clarity, and efficiency.

Required skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems).
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility.
• Experience designing complex web applications (dashboards, enterprise tools, or data platforms).
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking ability.
• Ability to own features end-to-end.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to 3D environments, simulations, or visualization tools.
• Understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with React-based ecosystems.
• Experience in data visualization or real-time systems.
• Basic knowledge of WebGL / Three.js.
