Qualifications

- Skills in Visual Design, with an understanding of layout, typography, color, and consistent UI components.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in interview preparation, career development tools, or education technology is a plus.
