Product Design Lead - UI/UX

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Lead to join our team at Miko.ai, responsible for leading the design efforts of our UI/UX team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop and implement comprehensive product design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design requirements.
• Create high-quality prototypes and designs that meet customer needs and industry standards.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.

• Proven experience in designing complex software applications with a focus on UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex design problems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
