Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Product Design Engineer to drive product development and innovation. The candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing designs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development and design improvement initiatives.
• Identify market trends and customer requirements to develop innovative products.
• Create and modify product designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and suppliers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure product designs meet quality, cost, performance, and manufacturing requirements.
• Evaluate material selection, manufacturing processes, and product feasibility.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design principles.
• Experience in new product development and design engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
