Role Description This is a
part-time, on-site Tech Sales Representative role based in Lucknow. You will be the human face of our technology. Your primary job is to engage retail clients, run live product demonstrations of our AI-powered retail kiosks, and clearly communicate how our tech addresses their business needs. You don’t need to sit in an office; you will be on the ground, securing pilot partnerships at local retail hubs and malls, collecting raw user feedback, and coordinating directly with our technical team to support continuous improvement. If you are an extreme extrovert, possess infinite patience for explaining tech to non-technical people, and want to earn a competitive financial upside through salary and commission bonuses, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Ground Product Demos : Personally handle, set up, and run live interactive demonstrations of our product at partner sites, commercial hubs, or public spaces.
- The
"Tech-to-Human" Translator : Explain how our complex product works in incredibly simple, engaging terms. You must be able to pitch to a mall manager, a retail store owner, or a corporate executive with equal enthusiasm.
- Ground Hustle & Outreach : Walk into target establishments on-site, connect with decision-makers, and secure demo slots and pilot partnerships.
- Feedback Loop to Engineering : Act as our eyes and ears on the ground. Pay attention to how everyday people interact with our tech, what confuses them, and relay those raw user insights back to our technical team.
Qualifications
- Communication & Confidence: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, handle objections, and pitch effectively to strangers.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: You do not need a specific engineering degree, but you
must love tech . You should be quick at learning, adapting to, and troubleshooting new technology.
- On-the-Move Grit: Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and visiting customer/retail locations. Owning a vehicle is highly beneficial for local travel.
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated by targets and eager to close partnerships.
- Prior experience in retail, event management, promoter roles, or a tech-startup environment is a big plus.
