Product Demo & Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, retailers, and small businesses on a daily basis to promote the company's product or service.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly through live demos at customer premises.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners, managers, and staff to gain trust and long-term interest.
• Collect and maintain accurate information about each shop/business visited (name, contact, interest level).
• Generate qualified leads by identifying businesses with genuine interest or fit.
• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials to prospects.
• Follow up with potential leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or in-person revisits.
• Report daily visit counts, lead status, and feedback to the manager or team lead.
• Provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities from the field.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values during all interactions.
