- ● Conduct clear, engaging, and professional product demonstrations for clients through online and offline channels.
- ● Explain product features, benefits, and use cases in English and Kannada.
- ● Handle client queries confidently and provide accurate product information
- . ● Present products effectively to prospective customers and stakeholders. 2. Client Coordination & Communication
- ● Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- ● Follow up with clients regarding demos, feedback, onboarding, and support.
- ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- ● Assist in pitching products to potential clients to drive sales and conversions. 3. Convincing & Customer Handling
- ● Demonstrate strong persuasion and interpersonal skills to convert leads into active customers.
- ● Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- ● Address customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information.
- ● Help clients make informed decisions regarding AMCI products and services. 4. Technical Skills & Application Testing
- ● Perform basic manual testing of applications, including UI/UX checks and functionality testing.
- ● Identify and report bugs or usability issues to the technical team.
- ● Coordinate with the technical team regarding identified issues and their resolution.
- ● Ensure product demonstrations are technically accurate and aligned with the latest application versions.
- ● Provide user-level technical guidance to clients during onboarding. 5. Reporting & Documentation
- ● Maintain demo schedules, client updates, and follow-up reports.
- ● Prepare customer feedback reports and share relevant insights with management.
- ● Document testing findings, client issues, and product improvement suggestions.
- ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product demonstrations. Required Skills & Qualifications
- ● Experience: *0–2* years in product demonstrations, sales coordination, customer support, training, or a related field.
- ● Freshers are welcome to apply.
- ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
- ● Strong presentation, persuasion, and public-speaking abilities.
- ● Basic understanding of software and mobile application functionality.
- ● Basic hands-on experience or understanding of manual testing.
- ● Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- ● Proactive, confident, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- ● Any degree; technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
- ● Willingness to learn new technologies and medical/EdTech products. Preferred Qualifications
- ● Experience in product demonstrations, sales coordination, customer support, or training.
- ● Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, healthcare technology, or IT products.
- ● Basic understanding of CRM tools, application testing, or customer onboarding.
