Product Coordinator - R&D Division

Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, reverse engineering, and testing of EV workbenches and subsystems.
• Lead design, development, reverse engineering, and validation of battery packs, BMS, motors, controllers, chargers, and other EV components.
• Drive embedded systems and VCU software integration for product readiness.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation (production reports, design approvals, dispatch records).
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, labor compliance, and industry standards.
• Track performance metrics and prepare outcome-based monthly reports.
• Oversee waste management and resource optimization, ensuring quarterly scrap disposal cycles.
• Represent ISIEINDIA in industry networking events and support technical skill upgradation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, EV RD, manufacturing, or reverse engineering.
• Strong in Electrical systems, Embedded Electronics, and Networking.
• Experience with VCU software integration and data analysis.
• Knowledge of powertrain design, testing, and reverse engineering methods.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.
