Role Description The Product and AI Implementation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for implementing and configuring 9ance products (CRM, WMS, LMS) for new and existing clients, including setting up workflows, integrations, and user access based on business requirements. The specialist collaborates closely with clients to understand their processes, translates them into system configurations, and ensures smooth onboarding, data migration, and go-live support. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirement-gathering sessions, mapping customer journeys, creating and testing AI-driven automation and analytics use cases, and optimizing product usage to improve performance and outcomes. The role also involves training end users, preparing documentation, troubleshooting implementation issues, and working with product and engineering teams to suggest enhancements and resolve technical or functional gaps.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in product configuration and implementation, including setting up workflows, permissions, and integrations across CRM, WMS, or LMS platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven tools or automation (e.g., rule-based engines, data analytics, chatbot flows, recommendation systems) and the ability to translate business needs into AI use cases.
- Solid understanding of business processes in sales, warehouse operations, or lending/financial services, with the ability to analyze requirements and design efficient system workflows.
- Proficiency in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting, including comfort with APIs, data mapping, and working with technical teams to resolve system issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including conducting client workshops, delivering product demos, and providing training to diverse user groups.
- Ability to create clear documentation, implementation plans, and onboarding guides to support repeatable and scalable deployments.
- Prior experience in SaaS implementation, business analysis, or technical consulting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
