About the Role As a Product Analyst, you will support the Product Management team by analyzing business requirements, preparing functional documentation, conducting product research, and ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and ready for development. You will also leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and requirement analysis while continuously enhancing your product knowledge.

What You'll do Requirement Analysis

• Gather and understand business requirements from the Product Manager.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create low- and medium-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and process flows to effectively communicate product requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation. Product Research
• Perform functional research on ERP and SaaS products.
• Study competitor products and emerging industry trends.
• Evaluate new technologies and AI tools that can improve product capabilities and team productivity. Change Request Analysis
• Analyze Change Requests (CRs) received from customers.
• Perform business impact analysis and document functional changes.
• Support requirement prioritization by providing structured analysis. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, and business validation checklists.
• Execute functional validation during UAT.
• Track observations and ensure requirements are validated before sign-off. Documentation & Process Excellence
• Maintain product knowledge repositories and documentation standards.
• Create process flows, feature documentation, and release notes.
• Ensure all documentation follows organizational quality standards. AI & Productivity Tools
• Use AI-powered tools to improve requirement documentation, meeting summaries, research, process analysis, and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest product management, ERP, SaaS, and AI technologies.
• Continuously identify smarter ways of working and contribute ideas to improve team efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst in an ERP or SaaS product company.
• Strong requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes and functional mockups using tools such as

Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Canva or Visio .

• Good understanding of ERP business processes and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
• MBA will be an added advantage
