We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and AI-driven Product Analyst to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to drive product research, requirement gathering, feature analysis, testing, and execution across InCruiter s AI-powered product ecosystem.

EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS

Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle including

requirement gathering, feature planning, testing, release, and post-release analysis.

Analyze business requirements, customer feedback, and user behavior to derive actionable product insights and recommendations.

Work on AI-led product initiatives such as interview intelligence, recruiter automation, candidate evaluation

systems, analytics dashboards, and workflow automation.

Prepare and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, release notes, and product documentation.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis in HR Tech, SaaS, and AI-driven recruitment

platforms.

Coordinate with Engineering, QA, AI/ML, and Design teams to ensure timely and accurate product execution.

Track product performance metrics, feature adoption, and user feedback to support continuous product

improvements.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT testing, and Agile ceremonies.

Assist in feature validation, testing, bug tracking, and ensuring quality product releases.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

0-2 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, Data Analysis, or related roles.

Internship/project experience in Product, SaaS, AI, Analytics, or Technology domains will be preferred.

Basic understanding of product lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and sprint workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or product analytics concepts is preferred.

Understanding of PRDs, user stories, workflows, and requirement documentation.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Postman, or analytics platforms is an added advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Interest in AI, SaaS, automation, HR Tech, or B2B platforms will be an added advantage.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or related fields.
