Product Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define product features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs in the employee wellness space.
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps, prioritization of features, and definition of success metrics.
• Analyze user data, feedback, and usage patterns to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides to support product adoption and usage.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science Engineering, IT Engineering, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, and innovation.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in product management or related fields is a plus but not required.
