Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Research and understand U.S. criminal records from court websites.
• Maintain standardized criminal charge and disposition mappings.
• Analyze court data and define extraction requirements.
• Audit data extraction logics and automation results.
• Identify automation errors and report them to the automation team.

Works independently within defined standards, recommends mapping and automation improvements, and escalates decisions requiring broader product, operational, or technical approval.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Criminal Background Screening, Criminal Record Processing, or related domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
