Product Analyst

apna is looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to help drive product decisions through deep analytical insights. You will work closely with product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to analyze user behavior, measure product performance, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and product performance using data.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor key product metrics.
• Perform funnel, cohort, retention, and conversion analysis.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure feature impact.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with product managers to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Present actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Skills: Product Analytics, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), A/B Testing and Experimentation, Product Metrics (DAU, MAU, Retention, Churn, Conversion Funnels).
• Strong SQL (Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Good to Have: Python (Pandas, NumPy), Mixpanel / Amplitude / Google Analytics, BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift.
• Knowledge of Statistics and Hypothesis Testing.
• Experience in consumer internet, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace products.
