Our voice AI assistant is the product this funding round is built around — and how it sounds, reasons, and responds is defined almost entirely by prompt architecture, not a UI screen

The Opportunity

You'll own the full measurement lifecycle for features shipping into a product already used by 1M+ people every month — deciding what to track before launch, building the dashboards after, and bringing our product team an actual insight, not just a chart.

What You'll Do

• Define and instrument events for features before they ship
• Design, execute, and analyze innovative pre/post and A/B tests to identify new opportunities
• Synthesize data into dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Refine data processes, set up tools, and create automation to improve operational efficiency
• Execute ad hoc analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities and improve business performance
• Assist with daily operations and analytics as needed

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• At least 2 years of experience in a data-intensive role
• Advanced skills in SQL including joins, creating tables, case statements, and subqueries
• The judgment to verify whether an AI-generated query or analysis is actually correct
• Prior experience using dashboarding software (especially Mixpanel) or Python/R is a big plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and intellectual curiosity
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
