Product Analyst

Do you have an eye for detail Does search engine optimization, reporting and analysis interest you Then this may be the perfect role for you as the Search team is looking for people who can review data, identify challenging areas related to our search solution and understand its implications, formulate action plans from insights gained from monitoring that data in order to continually improve the search experience.

Work you'll do

As a Product Analyst on the Search team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze search performance data—including poorly performing and flagship search terms, user behavior, and usability metrics—to identify opportunities to improve the search experience.
• Use Adobe Analytics to monitor search metrics, create recurring search-usage reports, analyze performance, and raise issues with product owners and content managers.
• Identify content gaps; manage search-term categories and categorization; partner with knowledge managers to optimize content, acquire needed content, and improve the findability of newly created content.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve content visibility; engage stakeholders to discuss projects, team vision, and the scope of team services.
• Collaborate with technology teams on Search releases, implementations, and testing; develop knowledge of search functionality and architecture across Deloitte intranet platforms.
  
  

The team

The focus of the Search team is to optimize the content on Internal knowledge sharing tools and improve its visibility.

This includes detailed analysis of performance of search terms, studying user behavior trends and custom outreach. This also entails recommendations for content optimization and acquisition.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Postgraduate degree and 1-2 years of professional work experience.
• Experience using Search Engine Optimization methods.
• Experience analyzing data and producing reports.
• Experience planning and prioritizing work across concurrent assignments and escalating issues or questions.
• Experience coordinating work with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Experience using internal social media and collaboration tools to connect people and content.
  
  

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems, or a postgraduate degree in Information Systems.
• Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
• Experience with enterprise search platforms, SharePoint, or cloud platforms.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and functions for data analysis.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or SiteCatalyst.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and software testing lifecycle processes.
