Divisional Product Specialist

Department - Sales Marketing (Vegetable)

• Strategic planning and execution of Crop/Segment wise trials in the assigned region.

• Evaluation of Product performance and recommendation.

• Data Analysis of trials on regular basis.

• Market analysis and update.

• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive progress toward goals.

• Define new product strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

• Supervision and giving technical training to the team.

• Regular update to Breeders for improvement and changing scenario.

• Negotiate work with stakeholders and team members.

• Demonstrate selected product USPs to stakeholders.

• Assist in training and/or documentation that accelerates the successful adoption of new products.

• Update the total activities and trial status on regular basis.

• Budgeting of OPEX and CAPEX for the region.

Location :Sohna , Pune, Kolkata

No of Position : 3 (Kolkata-1)

Qualification :

• Post Graduation / Graduation in Agriculture or Horticulture.

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in product development in Veg
