Salary:- 34LPA - 42LPA

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure production schedules are completed on time and according to customer requirements.
• Supervise production staff and allocate work effectively among team members.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
• Monitor production costs and take measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Train, guide, and motivate production employees to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores/purchase to avoid production delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Support management in achieving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
