Join our beautiful and recently refurbished New Town store as a casual Produce Team Member and be part of a supportive, passionate team.

If you have previous experience in retail, supermarkets, or stock organisation, or simply enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Produce Team Member, you'll play an important role in ensuring our produce looks its best at all times. You'll help keep our produce displays well-stocked, neat, tidy, and organised, assist customers with friendly and attentive service, and work closely with your team to receive and manage produce deliveries.

What You'll Do

• Maintaining well-presented, fully stocked produce displays
• Providing warm, welcoming and helpful customer service
• Receiving, unpacking and organising produce deliveries
• Working collaboratively with your team to support daily store operations
• Following food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures
  
  

What You'll Bring

• A friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• A love of working with food and people (both customers and colleagues)
• Energy, initiative, and a willingness to take direction
• The ability to follow procedures, particularly around food handling and WHS
• Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout the day
• Ongoing daytime availability a must, including every second weekend (your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements)

Pay Rates Are Set By The General Retail Industry Award. The 2026 - 2027 Base Hourly Pay Rates For Level 1 Adults Are

Full time

• Weekdays $27.81
• Saturday $34.76
• Sunday $41.72
  
  

Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts. Please view the full Award for all applicable rates and allowances. (Casual employees also receive a casual loading, increasing their base pay rate).
