Procurement Supervisor

1. To achieve targeted quantity and quality milk procurement at optimum cost in the area assigned.

2. To retain and strengthen the farmer base in the area assigned.

3. To install TMCC at village level with 15-20 Farmers minimum.

4. To add more agents.

5. Identify the loyal farmers for Bank loan/ Advances.

6. Promotion of Agro services.

7. Can transport management/ optimization

8. Identify the resources to procure quality milk in the area of operations.

9. Responsible for expanding into new centres/ Agents/ TMCC

10.Identify the farmers for farming concepts.

11.Addition of new farmers.

12.Promotes cattle feeds , Mineral Mixtures fodder Cultivation and other services

13.Farmer welfare activities like insurance, health camps

14.To monitor the usage of TMCC assets and to do weekly cleaning & documenting.

15.To get back the assets from the lost centres/Agents.

16.To optimise the capacity utilisation of cans, transport vehicles

17.To operate the vehicle timings efficiently without delay and to help in reducing the milk reception time.
