Procurement Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Elevated Road, HSR & large Marine projects.
• Review material requisitions, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Float RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Issue Purchase Orders and ensure timely material deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Stores, and Project teams.
• Monitor procurement schedules and support project timelines.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and vendor databases.
• Track material status, logistics, and procurement progress.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual requirements.
• Have been subject to Audits.
