Procurement Specialist - Real Estate (BIG4)

Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Real Estate | BIG4

Location: Mumbai |

Experience: 7-10 Years Lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale real estate and construction projects, covering materials, services, contractors and consultants.

• Develop procurement strategies, sourcing plans and procurement schedules aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Manage vendor identification, pre-qualification, RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations.
• Evaluate and finalize contractors and suppliers based on cost, quality, capability, capacity and delivery performance.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering and commercial negotiations to achieve project savings.
• Manage purchase orders, work orders, contracts, rate contracts and vendor documentation.
• Monitor supplier and contractor performance, delivery schedules, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Design, Quantity Surveying, Finance and Construction teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare procurement dashboards, MIS, spend analysis, vendor performance reports and management updates.
• BIG4 / Real Estate Consulting / PMC / EPC / Construction procurement experience preferred, with strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
