Responsibilitie

• s:Research potential vendor
• s.Compare and evaluate offers from supplier
• s.Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricin
• g.Track orders and ensure timely deliver
• y.Review quality of purchased product
• s.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
• s.Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoice
• s.Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyse
• s.Monitor stock levels and place orders as neede
• d.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storag
• e.Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trend
