Procurement - Project Manager USA Residential Construction Projects

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Project Manager to manage procurement, vendor negotiations, project coordination, and execution support for residential construction projects in the United States.

Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 7:30PM to 4:30AM IST US night shift 5 working day.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in construction procurement, residential construction project management, or construction commercial management.
• Experience handling residential construction projects, preferably in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontractor coordination, estimation, costing, and procurement processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in international vendor negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Ability to communicate confidently with US clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Strong skills in cost estimation, budget monitoring, quotation analysis, and contract management.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project management tools.
• Ability to work in US time zones as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US residential construction projects, including single-family homes, multi-family housing, renovations, or remodelling.
• Familiarity with US construction practices, material specifications, subcontractor pricing, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, estimates, purchase orders, and contractor quotations.
• Experience with construction project management or estimating software is an advantage.

The candidate will work from India and coordinate directly with US-based clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong commercial negotiation abilities, and hands-on experience in residential construction procurement and project management.
