Were looking for an experienced Procurement / P2P professional to manage US-based purchasing requests, vendor negotiations, contracts, POs, renewals, and spend analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase requisitions from request through approval, contracting, and PO issuance
- Review and negotiate US-based purchase requests and vendor terms
- Work with vendors on quotes, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
- Support IT software, hardware, services, and contingent workforce procurement
- Review contracts, invoices, and POs to ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Support RFPs, vendor research, renewals, and vendor management escalations
- Prepare spend analysis, pivot tables, reports, and procurement dashboards
- Maintain vendor documentation, tracking, and compliance reports
- Collaborate with business, contracting, technical, and functional teams
- Ensure purchases and renewals are completed with proper approvals and lead time
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of Procurement / Contracting experience
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience with Purchase Requisitions, Contracts, and POs
- Excellent Excel / Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor communication
- Ability to work independently with US and India teams
- Flexibility to support US business hours when required

Education:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
