As a Procurement Practice Representative/ ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves delivering comprehensive procurement and category management services. The role requires balancing multiple priorities to support organizational goals while fostering collaboration across teams to drive procurement excellence and value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement activities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.
