What would you do?

Completeness and conversion of purchase request (PR) based on defined set of rules

Obtain and analyze quote or pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval

Attempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues or open order expediting

Handling queries regarding Invoice PO Mismatch

What are we looking for?

Graduation any stream

Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Fresher with a graduation degree

Internship or training in a corporate environment is an added advantage


Roles and Responsibilities:

To be accountable for creation of PO s Validation of PR s and maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement

Query solving or resolution related to PR validation, PO creation, Delivery follow up and invoice exception

Support in other Accenture Operations areas:Operational Excellence, Dashboards & Reporting

Maintain Client Data Protection standards

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Good Excel Knowledge is an added advantage

Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates
