The candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, supplier relationships, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services What are we looking for? • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes. • Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of contract management and supplier negotiations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including requisition processing, sourcing, bidding, and purchase order creation. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment. • Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance reviews. • Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. • Monitor purchase orders and resolve supplier-related issues. • Support contract management activities, including renewals and amendments. • Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analytics. • Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice discrepancies. • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases. • Participate in process improvement and procurement transformation initiatives.
