Procurement Operations Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement operations, including PO creation, GRN processing, and P2P cycle management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings in material procurement.
• Develop reports on procurement metrics and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in procurement operations or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar systems (PO creation, PR to PO process).
• Strong understanding of p2p (procure-to-pay) processes, including purchase requisition, purchase order, and goods receipt.
