Procurement Operation & Purchase Order Lead - Hybrid

Role & responsibilities

• Design processes to lead and manage receipt of invoices from vendors globally, review and process invoices including cost allocation and inventory positions.
• Invoice indexing, tracking, accruals posting and good invoice Inflow management.
• Capable of resolving supplier and Internal team queries
• Good Knowledge in managing the Business Accounts inventories across the globe.
• Flag possible escalation, dive deep to recommend and implement corrective action.
• Review and assist with Purchase Order and/or Invoice discrepancies to resolve pricing, quantity, and unit of measure issues to

ensure payment within terms for all vendors.

• Support Souring team in the administration of contract data, addendums, and additional supplier documentation
• Track deliveries to ensure goods and services are delivered on time to stakeholders.
• Invoice indexing, tracking, accruals, and good Inflow management
• Capable of resolving supplier and Internal team queries
• Demonstrate positive relationship among the networking and partnering teams with excellent Business Communications skills
• Good Knowledge in managing the Business Accounts inventories across the globe
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Excellent Time Management on the project assigned
• Flag possible escalation, dive deep to recommend and implement corrective action
• Identify areas of possible process improvements
• Decision-making based on data analysis

Ensure material & services are deliveries completed on time from the suppliers

Established efficient workflow processes, monitor daily tickets activities

Identify and drive efficiency in procurement and Supply chain processes.
