About the Role:

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer/Manager with strong Purchase/Procurement experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchase activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Collect and compare quotations and negotiate with vendors.
• Ensure timely availability and delivery of required materials.
• Maintain purchase records and update information in the ERP system.
• Monitor pending POs and follow up with vendors.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores/Warehouse, Sales, and Management.
• Prepare purchase reports and analyze data using MS Excel.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and resolve purchase-related issues.

Required Skills:

• B.E /B.Tech candidates with hands-on experience in Purchase/Procurement are required.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems & MS Excel
• Good experience in Purchase Order creation, processing, and tracking.
• Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and follow up effectively.
• Experience in the electrical industry will be an added advantage.
