Procurement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from sourcing to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase supplier performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs through effective procurement planning.
  
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
  
• Monitor vendor development initiatives to improve relationships and drive continuous improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-13 years of experience in procurement management or a related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A. / B.M.S.) or Supply Chain Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
  
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.
