Procurement Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring cost savings, quality improvements, and timely delivery of materials.
• Manage the sourcing process from RFQ issuance to contract award, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance data, and internal stakeholder feedback to inform strategic decisions on material procurement.

Job Requirements :

• 9+ years of experience in procurement or a related field within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of strategic procurement principles, including category management and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Proven track record in developing strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
