Procurement Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Strategic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, and drive cost efficiencies.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement plans
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive spend optimization
• Lead vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with suppliers
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships
• Prepare, implement, and continuously improve procurement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Conduct market research and category analysis
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
  

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech with PG Diploma (Supply Chain / Materials Management / Operations or related field preferred)
• 6-9 years of experience in procurement / strategic sourcing
• Strong expertise in negotiation and vendor management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
