Procurement & Logistics Lead

Job Summary

Youll own the supply chain that is the heart of our business - sourcing equipment from Indian and global manufacturers, negotiating commercial terms, and managing export, shipping and customs clearance into African markets.

Youll lead a team of buyers and logistics coordinators, and partner with engineering, finance and project managers to make sure the right equipment lands on site, on time, at the right cost.

This is a senior, high-ownership role reporting to the COO. 10+ years in procurement and export logistics, ideally electrical/industrial. Deep knowledge of EXW/FOB/CIF terms, export documentation and customs. Experience managing teams and suppliers across India and Africa. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Engineering or supply chain degree. Run the procurement and export logistics that move electrical equipment from Indian factories to African sites.
