Finance Procurement Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance – Procurement Intern to support the Finance team in procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to purchase processes, vendor management, invoice processing, financial documentation, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement documentation.
• Support the team in vendor on boarding, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Assist with invoice verification and matching of PO, invoice, and supporting documents.
• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and pending documents.
• Maintain procurement and finance trackers and assist with MIS reporting.
• Support vendor reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding invoices/payments.
• Assist the Finance team with data validation, reporting, and other finance-related activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial and procurement records.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in B. Com, M. Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn Procurement, P2P, Accounts Payable, and Finance Operations.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
