About this role
Location: Navi Mumbai
Preferrence: Immediate joiner preferred
Type: Internship with full time opportunity (Based on performance)
Role Overview:
This role ensures that goods and services are acquired in compliance with company policies while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. The specialist negotiates pricing and terms with suppliers, evaluates bids, and fosters strong vendor relationships to support seamless procurement processes.
Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
Maintain records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure smooth functioning.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and maintained.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Maintain records of licenses, and AMC contracts.
Oversee facility maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
Coordinate with vendors for facility services, quotations, approvals, and service execution.
Support lab teams during new installations, relocations, and facility modifications.
