Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage domestic sourcing and procurement of industrial/MRO products. The role will focus on vendor development, commercial negotiations, purchase planning and ensuring timely product availability at competitive costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from supplier identification to delivery.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new domestic suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and lead times with vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Track product demand, inventory levels and procurement requirements to avoid stock-outs/excess inventory.
• Conduct market and price benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Category, Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams for procurement requirements.
• Maintain procurement MIS, vendor records and purchase documentation.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in procurement, purchase or sourcing.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in B2B, e-commerce, industrial/MRO, manufacturing or distribution will be preferred.
