Job Title: Procurement Executive (Nutraceuticals)

Job Summary
NutraStore is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive - Supply Chain (experience only in the nutraceutical industry) to oversee sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and inventory planning. The role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply, cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and strong supplier relationships while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Source nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, wellness, packaging and allied products from approved suppliers.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors.
* Identify and onboard new manufacturers while maintaining existing vendor relationships.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
* Conduct manufacturer performance evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines and compliance.
* Collaborate with operations, sales, warehouse, quality and finance teams for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
* Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable pharma/nutra regulations.


Required Qualifications
* 1 to 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or healthcare.
* Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, inventory control and contract negotiation.
