Roles & Responsibility

Procurement & purchasing
• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Procure packaging materials as per production requirements.
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production disruptions.
• Track and expedite supplier deliveries to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with planning, production, warehouse, and finance teams for procurement activities.

Vendor Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain supplier performance records related to quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

SAP Operations
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Contract Agreements in SAP.
• Monitor Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and invoice matching processes.
• Maintain vendor master data and procurement records in SAP.
• Generate procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance reports using SAP.
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates for all procurement transactions.

Inventory & Cost Control
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate with stores and planning teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Analyse procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
