Role & responsibilities
- Source and purchase materials/services required for construction and property development.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- Monitor budgets and control procurement costs through analysis and comparison.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations in procurement.
- Conduct market research to track price trends and find alternative suppliers/materials.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
