Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, cloud services, networking equipment, and AMCs.
• Manage Non-IT procurement including admin, facility, HR, marketing, travel, and office requirements.
• Process PR to PO cycle including RFQs/RFPs, quotation comparison, vendor evaluation, and PO creation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and service agreements with vendors.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and onboard new suppliers as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams including IT, HR, Finance, Admin, and Operations for procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audit requirements.
• Track deliveries, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and procurement MIS reports.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
