Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in indirect procurement and will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
• Manage the procurement process for indirect goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.

Must-Have Key Skills

• 4 years to 10 years experience in indirect procurement.

Good-to-Have Key Skills

• Experience with e-procurement tools and platforms.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g.
• CIPS
• CPSM).
• Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices.
• Experience in a multinational or large-scale organization.
