Procurement Executive

About the Role

A Procurement Executive to manage the organization's purchasing activities, ensuring that goods and services are obtained at the right quality, quantity, price, and time. Should have sufficient knowledge about the domestic & import procurement transactions with commercial and cost competitiveness and compliance.

Additionally, while evaluating candidates against the JD, demonstrated expertise in packaging material artwork and design development, with the ability to support and drive innovative packaging solutions for new product launches, and with a focus on Data Analyst preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities
• Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers/vendors
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules
• Raise and process purchase orders
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain good vendor relationships
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and approval procedures
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, quotations, and supplier documentation
• Support cost-saving and procurement improvement initiatives
• PPT & Data preparation
