Procurement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement strategic purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective procurement plans.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain).
• Strong understanding of purchase order processes, including creation, modification, and cancellation.
• Proficiency in price comparison tools such as spreadsheets or specialized software.
• Excellent vendor management skills with ability to build strong relationships.
