Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect vehicles brought in by customers for exchange.
• Conduct detailed assessments of the vehicle's condition, ensuring accuracy and fairness in the evaluation process.
• Provide customers with competitive and accurate quotes for their pre-owned vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the exchange process.
• Maintain records of vehicle inspections, quotes, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in automobiles and two-wheelers.
• Strong attention to detail to conduct meticulous vehicle inspections.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Punctual and reliable, adhering to the scheduled working hours (9.45 AM to 7.30 PM) from Monday to Saturday.
• Willingness to work on one Sunday per month (rotational basis) during working hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in vehicle inspection, procurement, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with two-wheeler models and their market value is an advantage.
