1. Title: Senior Engineer/ Assistant manager -Procurement

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end procurement operations including purchase order management, supplier coordination, inventory control, and supplier development. The role ensures timely procurement, cost optimization, and smooth supply chain functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• PO Management: End-to-end handling of purchase orders.
• Supplier Coordination: Manage 100+ suppliers for timely delivery.
• Quotation & Negotiation: Float enquiries, evaluate quotes, and negotiate terms.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain accuracy.
• Supplier Development: Identify and onboard new suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Diploma in engineering , Supply Chain, or related field.
• 612 years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume procurement and multiple suppliers.

2. Title: Engineer/ Senior Engineer Electronic component Procurement

Role Summary Experienced in drive component procurement and electronic component purchasing, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely availability of critical parts.

Key Highlights

• Supplier Coordination: Manage multiple vendors for electronics & drive components.
• Quotes & Negotiation: Float enquiries, evaluate quotations, secure best terms.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Electronics Engineering / Diploma in electronics is preferrable
• 36 years procurement experience in electronics/drive components.
• ERP knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
