Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities and procurement operations
• Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle processes
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and material follow-ups
• Track and manage order status to ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and updates
• Verify and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities
• Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation
• Follow up with vendors for pending materials and resolve supply issues
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain procurement data

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and procurement activities
• Experience in P2P cycle and order management
• Knowledge of GRN process
• Good vendor follow-up and negotiation skills
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple suppliers

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / BE preferred
• 3–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Sourcing
