Procurement Executive (Commercial Interiors)

Role & responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for materials, services, and subcontracting needs
• Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project requirements
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules
• Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues
• Ensure material quality, specifications, and compliance with approved standards
• Maintain vendor database, rate contracts, and comparative statements
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and payment processing
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in avoiding shortages or excess stock
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports
• Support audits and ensure adherence to company procurement policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Cost-conscious mindset with attention to detail
